National Award of Portuguese Cured Meats, “Ensacados” and traditional Hams 2014

The product “Bucho de Porco Bísaro” from Casa da Prisca, made with a fantastic selection of Bísaro meat from Agrobacorinho´s farm, was awarded with the Silver Medal in the National Portuguese Cured Meats, “Ensacados” and traditional Hams contest.
